The Goa Property Collective is a partnership firm based at Alfran Plaza in Panaji. It was founded in 2023 by Ryan Semelhago and Mahesh Amarjeet, two Goa property professionals, to give buyers, sellers and investors one trusted local partner for everything property in Goa.
We work as a small team across buyer advisory, owner services, property management, investment and development, so clients can rely on one trusted firm from their first search to long after handover.
